VISTAMATIC Expedites Manufacturing of Privacy Glass for Ebola Quarantine Rooms

Coral Springs, Fla. — VISTAMATIC, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of privacy glass for observation control, has taken quick action in the fight against the Ebola Virus.

Beginning in late October, the company began expediting manufacturing of its privacy-glass vision panels that can be used in specialty Ebola quarantine rooms.

Due to its thin profile starting at only 11/16 inch thick, all VISTAMATIC vision panels can be retrofitted into existing doors and walls and can be installed within 20 minutes (depending on the framing).

In the open position, VISTAMATIC privacy glass allows healthcare providers the ability to observe potentially infected patients within quarantine rooms from behind closed doors.

In the closed position, the patient can have privacy when needed, thereby creating a functional privacy window with a much needed infection control aspect.

VISTAMATIC's privacy glass is used globally in many sectors including, healthcare, education, high-security environments, and commercial areas. For more information, visit www.VISTAMATIC.com.
