3M Architectural Markets Draws Inspiration from Rustic Origins in New DI-NOC Atlas Series

St. Paul, Minn. — 3M Architectural Markets has recently unveiled a new series as part of its 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes 2014 collection.

The Atlas series represents a global compilation of well-traveled design essentials, featuring warm leathers, sleek sheet metals, crisp concretes, earthen ceramics, and rustic reclaimed and exotic woods.

This rich and dimensional assemblage of patterns offers sophisticated colors and timeless designs with an easy, modern edge.

Byron Trotter, global design manager for 3M Architectural Markets, said. "“DI-NOC can be used in so many creative and innovative ways, when designers use it, their imaginations can run wild. We approached creating the designs themselves with a similar tactic. Atlas offers an earthy look for designers who want the sophistication of a well-worn space."”

Comprised of 15 designs in a range of clean colorways, the Atlas series portrays a rich warm aesthetic, featuring refined patterns that tout DI-NOC’s unique performance properties.

Using proprietary 3M technology, the dynamic DI-NOC films have the special ability to conform to curved surfaces, making them the perfect solution for quickly and cost-effectively refreshing doors, drawers, furniture, and virtually any other surface.
