Telehandler Tires Target Improved Stability and Traction

JLG Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telehandlers, is pleased to announce the availability of 33x16 inch Turf Tires. These tires are designed to be turf-friendly and provide excellent traction and floatation with minimal ground disturbance. Turf Tires will be available as an option for the G5-18A Telehandlers in August 2018.

“The tires’ minimal turf disturbance tread design is ideal for grounds maintenance for areas such as sport complexes and golf courses, along with residential construction and landscaping,” said John Boehme, JLG senior product manager, telehandlers.

Turf Tires also have excellent durability with 12-ply rating and higher floatation for less imprint on turf. Turf tires increase the machine width to 76.5 inches.”
