Product Release: Dur-A-Flex Dur-A-Glaze Rapid-Patch

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. – Dur-A-Flex’s new Dur-A-Glaze Rapid-Patch concrete patching system makes quick work of filling holes, cracks and spalls up to 1/4” thick.  Its no-sag consistency is designed to be used on vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces and is ready for grinding in one to two hours.  The zero VOC, two-part epoxy system mixes easily for a consistent, workable mixture every time.

Contractors can benefit by eliminating the common trial-and-error practice of mixing epoxies and fillers on the job, thus saving valuable time and ensuring a quality installation.  The consistency of Dur-A-Glaze Rapid-Patch also makes it ideal for wall and overhead patching, something not commonly found in epoxy patching materials.  Dur-A-Glaze Rapid-Patch finishes off easily with a trowel, spackle knife or flat squeegee.  Thin film applications (2 mils or less) cure in under two hours; thicker applications up to ¼” cure in one hour.

Named one of the “Best Places to Work in CT” for the fourth time by the Hartford Business Journal-sponsored awards program, Dur-A-Flex is a privately-held, leading manufacturer of quality epoxy, urethane, methyl methacrylate and colored aggregates offering a complete line of high performance polymer flooring and wall systems.  The versatile seamless applications provide improved safety, minimal downtime and easy maintenance to all industries.
