Mobile App Offers Improved Work Order Management


The latest release of the BuildingIQ Mobile App gets facilities-related activities done faster and more efficiently. Day-to-day tasks are literally a few clicks away for those managing them.

Here's What's New:

WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
Filter by user and location: Keep track of all maintenance work orders on the go. No need to be tied to a desktop computer when you can be out and about making sure your buildings are running smoothly.

HOUR TRACKING
Track and modify hours on the fly: Labor hours can be updated via the improved Work Order Management section and the tickets are editable by non-admin users.

BETTER USER EXPERIENCE
We listened. We made it better: It's now easier to create new work orders and we have simplified assignments to members of your team. Also, Service Request status can be editable by other members of your team so you can get updates instantly.
