Goodway Technologies: Company Recognized as a Top Workplace
Stamford, Conn. — Sept. 15, 2015 — Goodway Technologies, the leader in quality HVAC and facility maintenance equipment, was awarded a 2015 Top Workplaces honor in the small company category by the Hearst Connecticut Newspapers.
Inclusion in the Top Workplace list is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. It analyzes aspects of the workplace including "Alignment, Execution, and Connection."
