The ECL-230X-TDB features three-bolt construction, providing a deterrence for attempted intrusion. Suitable for back doors requiring panic hardware and high-level protection from break-ins, the design allows the deadbolt deeper penetration into the frame. Connecting rods are made of continuous solid metal, rather than the hollow-rod/cable construction. The unit is also life safety and code compliant and functions as panic hardware.
