The os3 system creates an on-site and on-demand cleaning solution and a disinfecting/sanitizing solution that meets U.S. EPA regulatory guidelines for disinfection and sanitization through the process of water electrolysis — which combines water, electricity, and a small amount of salt. The system has two outputs: a multi-surface cleaner and a one-step cleaner-disinfectant and food-contact surface sanitizer.
