General Pipe Cleaners Drain-cleaning pump The environmentally safe Water Ram uses compressed air to generate a shock wave that eliminates the drain stoppage. The shock wave bypasses vents and goes around bends to reach the stoppage with only a 2 percent loss of power. The built-in pump and pressure gauge allow the user to select the right amount of force for each job. The pump uses no electrical power or carbon dioxide. An optional toilet attachment screws onto the front of the unit to turn it into a plunger. The attachment enables the operator to position the cone in the bowl to get a tighter seal.	Danfoss Heat exchangers Users can tailor the brazed-plate exchangers for refrigeration and air conditioning systems and can customize them for specific application requirements. The product has a series of thin, corrugated metal plates brazed together to improve heat-transfer efficiency. The plates are compressed in a rigid frame to create an arrangement of parallel flow channels, where one high-viscosity fluid travels through the odd-numbered channels and the other high-viscosity fluid flows through the even channels. Fifteen models are available.
JLG Industries Vertical lifts Users can raise the mobile stock pickers up to 25 feet, and the machine can support 500 pounds. The advanced joystick control allows users to work more efficiently stock picking, managing inventory, performing routine maintenance and setting up displays. The zero-turning radius helps navigate narrow, tight spaces. The mobile vertical lifts have platform heights up to 41 feet with a 500-pound capacity. The lift also features a rigid, anodized mast, which reduces its maintenance.	Kaba Access Control Push-button lock The E-Plex 3000, designed for narrow-stile aluminum glass doors, has 300 access codes and a 9,000-event audit trail that also records key override use. Users can program it at the lock keypad or with optional Excel-based software. Installation involves no wiring to or through the door, eliminating the risk of damaged or pinched wires. The battery pack consists of four double-A batteries, provides 180,000 cycles, and is located in the tamper-proof base of the housing. The lock is available in satin chrome or dark bronze with satin brass accents.
Degree Controls Inc. Thermal management system HotSpotr™ HT-500 is an underfloor air mover designed for use in data centers. It automatically adjusts airflow in front of a rack or groups of racks in the event of thermal rise due to poor airflow, rack density, or cooling system failures. Users can install the system beneath conventional 2-foot by 2-foot, perforated floor tiles in areas requiring additional thermal management. Thermostatic control allows the system to sense changes in rack-intake temperatures.	Brady Corp. Storage stations The Ready Access storage compartments ensure that lockout devices remain accessible and ready for use. Proper lockout and tagout procedures and devices are essential in meeting OSHA guidelines, protecting employee safety, and maintaining productivity. They are made from injection-molded polypropylene, and they come with an attachable handle for portability. The semi-transparent cover allows users to view the contents, while protecting the lockout devices from exposure to damaging chemicals. The cover’s lockable feature protects contents from harsh environments.
Aerco International Inc. Condensing boiler Each Modulex unit in the 300,000- 1 million Btu per hour condensing boiler line is equipped with a boiler communications module to enhance communications and support integration with building automation systems. Each boiler combines two to seven independent, pre-assembled thermal modules that emit 151,500 Btu per hour. Each module has its own controller with a combustion safeguard, variable-speed fan, modulating gas valve, electronic ignition, modulating burner, flow-temperature sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Units can support low-gas pressure applications and can be vented using PVC materials.	Dri-Eaz Air filter DefendAir HEPA 500 helps improve indoor air quality by removing harmful particulates, odor-causing molecules, and dust and debris. It is compact and lightweight and features a built-in, balanced handle for one-person transport. It uses high-efficiency air-filtration technology to remove large amounts of particulates from the air, including pollen, pet dander, and mold spores. An optional carbon filter captures odor-causing gas molecules and harmful volatile organic compounds. The filter features built-in Microban® antimicrobial product protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew.
Philips Lighting Co. Halogen lamps Halogena® Energy Advantage lamps are used in table and floor lamps, recessed cans, track lighting, and general lighting fixtures. The lamps are available in 40-, 50-, and 70-watt traditional shapes, as well as a 40-watt flood light model. They require no warm-up time and are mercury free. These lamps reduce energy use by 30 percent, compared to standard incandescent technology.	LEDtronics Marker lamps/floodlights The PAR36 series, comprised of light-emitting diode (LED) lamps, is designed as an energy-saving substitute for PAR36 sealed-beam lamps. The lamp housing is a sealed unit that protects the LEDs inside, and it resists moisture and dust, making it useful for outdoor purposes where it can withstand exposure to harsh environments. LED lights are available in warm white – 3,000 Kelvin – pure white – 5,500 Kelvin – and cool white – 8,000 Kelvin – color temperatures. The LEDs are designed to perform well in systems subject to voltage dips or surges. Integrated current-limited resistors ensure that no circuit modifications are required.
SourceOne Turf seeder TurfSavr™ will cut and seed in a single pass, and it doubles as a premium dethatcher with an optional dethatching flail reel and removal of the seed box. The heat-treated carbon steel knives are tightly spaced to improve seed germination. The product features multiple knife-height settings for various turf conditions, and the knives fully retract for transport and storage. The product is self-propelled with three forward operating speeds, plus reverse and neutral, and each pass is 22 inches wide.

*Delany Flush Valves* Flush valve The Flushboy valve’s design ensures a consistent flush and ample refill with all makes of fixtures at recommended fixture pressures of 20-80 pounds per square inch. A large waterway allows maximum discharge, even under lower-than-desirable pressure conditions. The Flushboy is available in both chrome models for exposed use and concealed models in rough brass. Actuation can be by handle, push button, 3-inch metal disc, foot pedal, or electric solenoid.	*Falcon Waterfree* Waterless urinals The F-2000 water-free urinal is constructed of vitreous china and is a wall-hung, wall-outlet unit. The urinal complies with ADA, ANSI/ASME A112.19.2M-1998, and A117.1 (Section 605.2) for vitreous china fixtures, as well as with IAPMO IGC 161-2000 and CSA. The urinal reduces water and sewer costs, as well as maintenance and repair bills, and it creates more hygienic, odor-free restrooms. A patented, sealed cartridge eliminates the need for water, conserving an average of 40,000 gallons per unit each year.

The AutoFaucet® SST incorporates dry cam-gear reliability eliminating solenoid failures.
*Sloan Valve Co.* High-efficiency urinals High-efficiency urinals use only 1 pint of water to flush. The systems combine a vitreous china fixture with either a manual or sensor-operated Flushometer. Also known as fractional-flush urinals, the units reduces water consumption by up to 88 percent. Flushometers available include the manual Royal or several battery-powered and hard-wired, sensor-operated models for automatic, hands-free flushing.
