p>ASHRAE has released a new certification – Commissioning Process Management Professional — to recognize industry professionals with optimal knowledge of the building commissioning process.
The program is intended to help building owners and facility executives recognize industry professionals capable of assuring that building systems are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained according to operational needs.
The certification is the fourth of ASHRAE’s offerings; the others focus on health care design, high-performance building design, and operations and maintenance.
