Zip-UP UnderDeck is made from durable interlocking PVC components engineered to fit together easily. Creating a water tight water barrier that channels water to effective drainage, the system provides a clean, grid-free flat, non-corrugated washable mold and mildew resistant paintable surface. The system is designed to take up very little vertical space and therefore maximizes headroom under the deck The panels unzip for easy removal for access overhead, ie to electrical, plumbing and other work, and for cleaning.
ZipUP Underdeck meets Class A Fire Rating and has passed Dade County, Florida standards for hurricane testing.
The screw-in + zip-in-place system installs quickly with just a few tools. Zip-UP UnderDeck uses five components: wall trim that attaches to walls or joists around the perimeter, main rail that runs the length of the deck, panels that are the visible surface of the system, and pitching rails that channel any water from above for effective drainage. Seam trim (not usually needed) is also available. An average size deck can easily be completed in one day. Pro installers have noted that installation of Zip-UP Deck can take just half the time as the closest competitive system.
Zip-UP UnderDeck System come in two finishes, smooth and serrated, in white and beige. The main rails and one-foot wide panels are available in 8', 12' and 16' lengths, the wall trim and pitching rail in 8' and 12' lengths, and seam trim in 12' lengths.
The manufacturer warrants that the system is free from defects, materials and workmanship for 25 years from the date of purchase and that the components will continue to zip together for that time.
