Please join USGBC - Illinois Chapter's Chicago Branch for an educational program on LEED Multifamily Certification Options. This program is approved for both GBCI and AIA continuing education hours.

LEED offers a number of options for the certification of multi-family housing. Trends in multi-family housing show an increased interest in high-density green urban living. This discussion will present the various LEED options and help participants choose the most appropriate certification path.

This session will introduce the new LEED Midrise rating system and discuss the streamlined and more affordable certification process certain buildings can go through to achieve certification as compared to LEED BD&C.
