Litetronics' new patent-pending LED Retrofit Kit simply pops into place, held securely with the company's unique “rare-earth” magnet system, to convert conventional 2-x-4-foot T8 or T12 linear fluorescent troffers to LED.
The result is a low-cost, lower energy, longer life, maintenance-free interior lighting system for specifier clients, using a facility’s existing ceiling troffers.
Installation of the kit is quick (three minutes start to finish) and easy, greatly reducing labor costs of other retrofit kits. After the ballast and ballast cover is remoed, Litetronics' one-piece LED kit can be simply popped securely into the troffer housing, held in place with the company's patent-pending “rare-earth” magnetized system, allowing a swift, hands-free connection.
