Redfish Instruments' iDVM Multimeter Selected by Test & Measurement World as a Winner for 2012 "Best in Test" Award




SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – Redfish Instruments, Inc., a provider of iPhone and iPad-enabled electronic test and measurement instruments, announced today that its iDVM digital multimeter has been selected as Test & Measurement World’s 2012 “Best in Test” in the multimeter category.  The other finalist in this category was Agilent Technologies, Inc. Winners in other categories included Tektronix, Agilent Technologies, National Instruments, Advantest, and other international test and measurement companies.

The iDVM multimeter wirelessly connects to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch via an ad hoc wireless network allowing users to acquire, visualize, share, and log electrical measurement data on their Apple devices. The iDVM was designed for a wide range of users—from automotive technicians, to advanced embedded systems engineers, to electrical or building contractors, to field service workers.
