Product Release: Hilti Firestop Block CFS-BL

When it comes to firestopping a variety of through penetrations in large openings, the new Hilti Firestop Block CFS-BL is the pre-formed solution.   The CFS-BL has an innovative “Grid-Tech” component and improved formula which allows for larger openings, greater annular space and improved performance under fire conditions.

The pre-compressed block allows for simple installation, with no special tools required, for wall or floor applications with fire ratings from 1-4 hours for a variety of through penetrations.  The Hilti CFS-BL is non-curing so it’s reusable and is suitable for new penetrations or re-penetrations due to its flexibility .   And, there are more than 50 Firestop UL/ULC Systems available.
