Pritchett Controls, a leader in HVAC, lighting and security control systems, officially opened its new 21,000 square foot facility in Beltsville, MD, September 22.

 

In spite of the current economic challenges, Pritchett has been able to grow.  It eventually outgrew its old facility.  

 

The new building includes a state-of-the-art training center, a large customer presentation area, a panel fabrication area, a 3,600 square foot warehouse with an intelligent lighting system.  There is also adequate office space to allow the company to continue its aggressive growth plans.

 

Pritchett Controls installs and services a vast array of temperature control, ventilation, lighting and security building automation solutions to a education, healthcare, government commercial and industrial clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
