New Hytronic Curve From Chicago Faucets Adds Sophistication To Any Public Restroom
Des Plaines, IL: Chicago Faucets, the leading manufacturer of commercial faucets, merges dependable function and modern style with its new HyTronic® Curve electronic faucet. This new faucet features a gracefully curved spout and brings a sophisticated look, reliable function and true water savings to any public restroom.
“A public restroom doesn’t have to look industrial to be functional,” said John Fitzgerald, director of marketing for Chicago Faucets. “The HyTronic Curve is designed not only for longevity and efficiency, but to also add inviting style to any public restroom.”
The Curve has appeal for all professionals in the industry. Architects and interior designers appreciate the gracefully curving spout and flawless chrome finish. Specifiers find the flexibility of the HyTronic platform attractive, with a variety of styles, flow rates, and power options. The above-deck electronics, vandal resistance features, and simple, powerful programmability benefit installers. And building owners appreciate the bold statement that Curve makes in today’s public restrooms.
As with all our other electronic faucets, the sleek Curve spout is cast entirely from ECAST® low-lead brass to meet current lead reduction requirements as well as the forthcoming 2014 federal lead reduction law. HyTronic Curve comes standard with a 0.5 gpm (1.9 L/min) vandal proof non-aerated spray outlet and includes an optional 2.2 gpm (8.3 L/min) aerator insert. Models with a 1.5 gpm (5.7 L/min) laminar flow control insert are also available.
Curve is compatible with all the same accessories as the rest of the HyTronic series, such as deck plates and outlets. All HyTronic faucets, including Curve, may be powered by an AC adapter (hard-wire or plug-in), 6 volt lithium battery, or the new Self Sustaining Power System (SSPS).
In addition to the new Curve, the HyTronic® family of sensor-operated electronic faucets includes contemporary, traditional, and deck- and wall-mounted gooseneck styles. They provide reliable, touch-free hand washing and help prevent the spread of germs in public environments.
Each HyTronic faucet is designed to compensate in high-interference environments by switching from dual-beam activation to single-beam activation. This adaptability provides dependable use in demanding commercial applications. HyTronic faucets are hermetically sealed to prevent moisture damage, and the infrared sensor is shielded for additional protection.
