WEST CALDWELL, N.J. - Continuing to expand its sales management team to better service distributors, specifiers and lighting professionals, MaxLite has announced the appointment of Ross Pearson to Pacific Northwest District Sales Manager in its Commercial & Industrial Lighting Division. Mr. Pearson will report to David Wyatt, Vice President of Sales West for MaxLite, a global manufacturer and marketer of MaxLED®, an award-winning line of innovative LED luminaires and lamps using state-of-the-art LED technology.
“Ross is a great addition to the Western Region sales management team,” said Mr. Wyatt. “Ross is very experienced and comes to MaxLite with valuable knowledge of both the lighting and HVAC/controls industries. Ross also has experience with our key customer groups including electrical distributors, contractors and specifiers. Located in the Seattle area, Ross can make an immediate impact with our Pacific Northwest clients and representatives by providing a level of local sales support which was previously unavailable.”
In his new position, Mr. Pearson will work closely with MaxLite’s independent lighting sales representatives to develop lighting programs for distributors, architects, engineers, ESCO companies, municipalities, DOTs, utilities and other industry organizations. He will help develop new channels, provide extensive strong sales training and support, and help grow revenues for customers and specifiers throughout eight states, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Colorado and Alaska.

Prior to joining MaxLite, Mr. Pearson served as Director of Sales for US Lighting Tech, National Sales Manager for PSG Controls, Inc., and District Sales Manager for Hearth Technologies. He also worked as a manufacturers sales representative.
