Description: The Director of Facilities for Wicomico County Public Schools leads a dynamic department that consistently scores at or near the top of state maintenance inspections. The Director has full leadership for Maintenance (28+ buildings and sites & grounds), Operations (custodial, logistics) and Energy Management. We`re looking for an experienced leader in Facilities Management who is enthusiastic about providing the best learning and working environment for 15,000+ students and 3,000+ employees. Salary ranges from $121,202 - $141,611, with adjustments for additional education and longevity in WCPS. We also provide a generous benefits package and a vehicle for the Director`s use.
