Government Shutdown's Effect on Energy Star Goals

Did Portfolio Manager being unavailable during the government shutdown have any negative effects on your program?

The only effect was that it caused us to miss renewing Energy Star award submissions by a month on several schools because utility data became more than 120 days old during or shortly after the shutdown. If the program is shutdown again we will revert to using only our extensive building automation system for real time issue identification and outlier assessment, and our utility database program to provide billing cycle based analysis.
