Chair Recalled Due to Fall Hazard

By Naomi Millán Ceilings, Furniture & Walls

Over 120,000 Winsley Mid-Back Chairs have been recalled because they can tip over when the user leans back. No injuries have been reported, according to United States Consumer Product Safety Commission recall number 17-006.

The chairs were sold at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores between August 2015 and August 2016. Facility managers affected by the recall are directed to contact Office Depot to receive a free repair kit.

Office Depot can be reached at 800-949-9974 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or at the Recall Notices link at the bottom of the company's homepage, www.officedepot.com
