Sto ExtraSeal is an air barrier and also a continuous insulation adhesive for use on vertical above grade concrete, concrete masonry units (CMU), and glass mat gypsum sheathing wall surfaces. It is a polymer-modified cement based product that is vapor permeable, resists water penetration, is freeze thaw resistant, and is compatible with high pH substrates.
