Is It Time To Rethink Your Security Plan?

Most everyone has some kind of security plan. The question is has your security plan collected dust on the shelf? This is a problem for two reasons. If it's collecting dust on your shelf, chances are your staff won't be well educated about what to do if there is a security incident.

Equally important though, economic conditions are significantly different today than they were even two years ago. This can have a significant impact on a security plan. Has the neighborhood around your facility deteriorated? Have their been staffing changes? Have employees been laid off? Does your security plan take into consideration how to handle layoffs?

If your plan isn't addressing these issues it may be time for an update.
