One World Trade Center and 4 World Trade Center in Manhattan Go Live With AwareManager's Operations Management Solution
Boston – Nov. 12, 2014 – AwareManager, provider of operations management software for the world’s most recognized facilities, announced that its mobile operations management solution has gone live at Manhattan’s One and 4 World Trade Center, supporting virtually all aspects of building operations management and providing a web portal for both buildings.
The AwareManager solution connects all building stakeholders in an intelligent way to optimize building operations. It leverages mobile apps on Apple and Android devices, enabling operating engineers to capture images of service requests, record and report incidents, initiate service actions, confirm work completion, and access critical information anywhere and anytime.
Most important, the mobile solution reduces response times to tenant requests, ensures a safer work environment, and enables its users to improve tenant satisfaction by leveraging real-time information.
It also provides an intuitive client-branded web portal, enabling tenants to enter and monitor service requests, and fosters communication with all stakeholders. This results in improved communication flow and enhances service levels significantly.
“We’re proud to be part of Lower Manhattan’s renaissance and that we have been selected by prominent organizations such as Condé Nast, The Durst Organization, Silverstein Properties and ThyssenKrupp,” said Jeff Thompson, executive director, AwareManager. “We appreciate the trust they’ve placed in us and the opportunity to work with them – it’s been a great experience throughout.”
