Cleaver-Brooks: ClearAir


ClearAir is an air-to-water heat pump designed for hydronic heating in new and existing buildings. It delivers supply water temperatures up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celsius), supporting high-temperature coils and radiators without terminal upgrades. The unit has a nominal capacity of 350 MBH and a COP of 2.7. It uses R-513A refrigerant and includes a factory-installed touchscreen controller with BACnet and Modbus compatibility. The outdoor, packaged design simplifies installation and commissioning.
