Carrier Enterprise Expands Social Media Presence to Enhance Communication with Contractors and Customers

Social connections have access to HVAC/R tips, articles, promotions, and more offered through Carrier Enterprise's Facebook and Twitter channels.

ORLANDO - Carrier Enterprise (CE), the leading provider of temperature and energy control technologies for commercial facilities and residential properties, is expanding its social media communications strategy to ensure that the latest trends, tips, and product information are revealed through these popular online marketing and communications platforms. CE's revamped Facebook and Twitter sites will be instrumental in conveying key company and product information to current Carrier Enterprise customers around the world. The comments and feedback received will help to create even better customer service and growth of the company's already impressive market base.

The app allows HVAC/R professionals to locate CE stores, search product availability, perform equipment bill of materials (BOM) searches, and access a document library for CE products, complete with spec sheets, wiring diagrams, installation guides and consumer literature. In addition to helpful store and product information, the app also sends non-invasive push notifications directly to the contractor's phone, alerting them of limited time special offers and promotions.
