Fujitsu General’s new Smarter Building Controller – introduced by Fujitsu General and technology partner, Ventacity Systems – offers an easy to use, plug-and-play building management system for use with Fujitsu General’s Airstage heating, ventilation and cooling systems.
The new Smarter Building Controller offers seamless integration with installed equipment, and control is performed via Internet connection through simple interface from any connected device. Role-based permissions facilitate easy setup and use, with advanced users able to generate system performance reports, system alerts, and access to service diagnostic screens.
The system gives you the option to use a secure cellular LTE network, making complicated IT unnecessary and giving your building owner extremely secure connectivity and control.
The new controls provide better control and usability at a much lower price point, an advantage that stems from reductions in hardware and labor. No expensive field controllers are needed at control points and no specialized programing is required.
