22 CityLink Gains Another Partner and a Global Headquarters

22 CityLink announced that JKH Holdings, in addition to being selected as a technology partner, will move their global headquarters to 22 CityLink’s inaugural smart city development named Gramercy District. JKH Holdings will become a resident at Gramercy District: where entrepreneurs, businesses, academia and governments can flourish through technology, collaboration and innovation.

JKH Holdings is a highly-diversified business conglomerate that delivers leading engineering, software and manufacturing services to global companies in telecom, health care, industrial, energy and transportation sectors. JKH Holdings will integrate their best-in-class ‘Concept-to-Product’ approach into 22 CityLink Smart City Platform™ to accelerate the innovation of smart city development.

“We see numerous opportunities to leverage JKH Holdings’ robust capabilities to speed up development cycles of innovative technologies for our smart cities and our customers,” said Minh Le, managing partner of 22 CityLink. “With JKH Holdings, we can quickly create a state-of-the-art product concept, build it, prove it and deliver it. They’re a one-stop-shop for building anything we need for our smart city and IoT solutions, keeping up with our fast-paced environment.”

Gramercy District, the international ‘Innovation Campus’, will be 22 CityLink’s first ground-up development located in the Greater Washington area in Loudoun County. The focus for this smart city is to create a sustainable model for solving real-world problems through an on-site community of international partners and mid-market companies, and Concept Foundry™, an immersive education, co-working and startup accelerator environment.

“We are excited to move our headquarters to Gramercy District–a location where we can work and participate directly with this pioneering smart city initiative that is reshaping industries and the way people live,” said Javad Hassan, chairman and founder of JKH Holdings. “This partnership will give us the opportunity to collaborate and create leading-edge solutions, solving today’s problems to build tomorrow’s future. By leveraging 22 CityLink’s world-class resources, we can expand into new markets, furthering JKH Holdings’ position as a leading innovator in end-to-end solutions.”

JKH Holdings joins Microsoft, Avaya, Center for Innovative Technology, George Washington University, Neon Mobile, FedBid and others as 22 CityLink continues to develop its suite of products.
