Marlton, N.J. — March 8, 2016 — eMaint Enterprises, a provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) solutions, was awarded a Bronze Stevie Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 11 percent over 2015. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. More than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the finalists during final judging earlier this month.
eMaint’s achievements include an expansion and restructuring of the Professional Services team to facilitate greater customer success. This commitment to customer success, coupled with extensive online and in-person training and professional services, has paved the way for eMaint’s sustained customer retention rate of more than 90 percent.
