Ramon Franklin: Building Envelope Contractor Announces Growth Plans, New CEO

Fort Worth, Texas — Jan. 4, 2016 — Ramon Franklin LLC, a building envelope contractor, announced growth plans that include opening offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla., as well as the naming of veteran commercial contractor Denver Green as president and COO.

The announcement was made by Michael Franklin, CEO, who co-founded the company in 2010. "Ramon Franklin has a solid track record of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. We know that the economy in the mid-South states is booming, and we are poised to grow with our customers," he said.

Ramon Franklin installs premium commercial roofing, architectural sheet metal, aluminum composite panels, and insulated metal wall panels for a variety of commercial building envelopes. The company has acquired the waterproofing division of Saratoga Roofing & Construction, LLP, as part of Saratoga's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

"I am excited to be an equity stakeholder in Ramon Franklin and to join Michael in moving this solid company to the next level," Green said. "Most of our current employees are the same workers who have been completing jobs for Michael and me over the years. We count on them to produce the highest-quality work, day after day, week after week."

Ramon Franklin currently employs about 150 persons out of its three offices; Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. Its market area is Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri.

"We will be changing our company's name and branding our organization to reflect our joint commitment to quality, innovation, and integrity," Franklin said.
