New York City — Dec. 1, 2015 — Original Energy has announced a joint venture with EcoTech Solutions, a New Jersey-based provider of engineered LED lighting solutions.
As building owners and property managers continue to look for ways to increase energy efficiency, Original Energy has embraced the needs of the market by expanding its portfolio of services to now include an extensive and experienced LED department.
Building owners who choose to employ Original Energy’s knowledgeable LED team, led by Darren Levine, a veteran of New York City’s commercial real estate industry, can expect to see an impressive payback period of only 12 to 24 months after switching to the company’s wide variety of LED technology.

In accordance with the new agreement, EcoTech Solutions’ experienced team of LED lighting experts, project managers, and skilled contractors will work with Original Energy to manage the entire project flow. That includes industry introduction, professional lighting and energy audits, application engineering solution design, alternatives review, rebate and incentive forecasts, funding proposal analysis, turn-key project presentation, project management, installation, and warranty servicing.
