INSTALL: Flooring Organization Announces New Alliance Partners

Haddonfield, N.J. — July 27, 2015 — INSTALL — the International Standards and Training Alliance — counts two new companies as Alliance Partners in its mission to improve installation training and certification standards across the floorcovering industry.

The newest partners to join its mission are Better Life Technology and UpoFloor.

INSTALL focuses on bringing together the major flooring mills, manufacturers, consultants, associations, contractors, and installers to work toward elevating installation standards.

Better Life Technology is a leading manufacturer of roll out vinyl flooring ranging from G-Floor Parking Pads, made from 0.075 mil solid vinyl that rolls out for easy installation, to G-Floor Graphic Imaged flooring, a state of the art, durable, designable vinyl flooring that allows printed graphics.

While most vinyl flooring products are made with a 10 to 20 percent wear layer and filler material, G-Floor is 100 percent vinyl throughout.

G-Floor won’t crack, peel, split, or otherwise deteriorate. This provides superior durability and protection for floors of any type. G-Floor is also resistant to chemicals such as battery acid, brake fluid, antifreeze, salt, mud, and other chemicals commonly found in workspaces and garages.

Since its beginnings in the 1950s, UpoFloor has revolutionized the view of traditional public space flooring, focusing on creating smart flooring materials that are environmentally friendly, strong, and easy to maintain. Since 2000, Upofloor has positioned itself as a leading pioneer in PVC free floorings. The company provides a wide variety of durable, safe, and environmentally friendly products for public premises subject to heavy wear.

INSTALL’s Alliance Partners participate in ongoing curriculum reviews and, working with INSTALL instructors, revise and refine the curriculum to assure that it meets manufacturer standards. This training and education ensures that INSTALL’s floor covering professionals are highly trained and equipped to meet the needs of today’s marketplace.
