Washington Square Mall in Indianapolis Now Under JLL Management and Leasing


Indianapolis — Sept. 9, 2014 — JLL’s Retail Group today announced that the firm has been retained to lease and manage Washington Square Mall in Indianapolis, Ind.

The nearly 1-million-square-foot regional shopping mall was built in 1974 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 1999. Its tenant mix includes more than 80 national, regional and local retailers, and is anchored by Sears, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target and Burlington Coat Factory.

Regional manager Rick Vita is leading the JLL team on this assignment.

“Washington Square Mall has a long history in the Indianapolis market and the JLL team looks forward to managing and leasing this property," he said. "This change will not affect the day-to-day operations of the mall; the center’s retailers and shoppers can expect a smooth transition."
