Meet the 2025 Vision Award Winners

The 7th annual FacilitiesNet Vision Awards is pleased to recognize 31 manufacturers as the winners of its 2025 awards program, along with acknowledging 24 manufacturers, who are receiving an honorable mention. The Vision Awards honor innovation and excellence in products contributing to the efficient, profitable operations and management of institutional and commercial buildings in the United States.
The Vision Awards recognize products, systems and technologies in 12 categories, including eight main categories and four bonus categories. The eight main categories are: Analytics & Management Software; Building Maintenance, Grounds & Cleaning; HVAC; Interiors: Flooring, Acoustics, Furnishings; Life Safety & Security; Lighting; Plumbing & Restrooms; and Power & Renewable Energy. The four bonus categories are: Smart Buildings; Innovative Technology; New Products in 2024 & 2025; and Wellness, Sustainability & Resilience.

More than 175 submissions were received this year, and products were scored by a panel of judges made up of Facility Influencers, winners of the FacilitiesNet Facility Champion Award, members of the Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions Editorial Advisory Boards, and other prestigious facility managers.
