Learn from the Best: Facility Champions Webcast Nov. 6

FacilitiesNet’s 2025 Facility Champions are shining examples of the best that the profession has to offer.  

On November 6, join us for a panel of our winners who will discuss their thoughts on the facilities profession and the most pressing issues affecting facility managers today. 

“Decoding the Cycle of FM Innovation and Evolution: A Facility Champions Discussion” webcast, will take place on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. EST.  

Mackenna Moralez, FacilitiesNet associate editor and Facilities in Focus podcast host, will lead the conversation with the following champions: 

• Ignacio Guerra, head of operations, Player 15 Group, which operates the arena that hosts the NBA’s Phoenix Suns and the WNBA’s Mercury; 
• Tracy Morgan, director of facilities and security at Galveston College in Texas; and 
• Robert Kimmel, senior construction and facilities manager for the nonprofit Els for Autism organization.
