A strong company culture is becoming increasingly more important to all employees, particularly new hires. During interviews, it is not uncommon for candidates to inquire about the company culture and ultimately make their decision on whether or not it fits their needs as an employee.  

But there is so much to building a strong company and team culture that many people don’t take into consideration. It’s more than just celebrations and catered lunches. Managers need to take the time and effort into building strong teams that people want to remain a part of. Building Operating Management wants to know what’s the hardest part of building a strong facilities team culture?
