Efficiency. Every facility manager and executive chases it, but how many actually achieve it?
In his first FM Insights video, Facility Influencer Charles M. Thomas gives managers four steps to focus on to help them improve operations at their institutional and commercial facilities.
“I believe there is no ceiling to what will make you more efficient, but it takes four key things that anyone can learn and get better at,” says Thomas, a facilities operations consultant at LACE Management.
Thomas notes that all effective facilities leaders need good organization skills, need to be proactive, must pay attention to detail and have a curiosity about them to be successful in their jobs.
