Millions of square feet of existing buildings get certified every day under the LEED rating system. LEED v4 requires a new facility management approach, with key changes to the rating system taking place as well as new and revised prerequisites and credits. With the deadline for LEED v4 on October 31, 2016 fast approaching, facilities professionals need to prepare for the changes taking place by digging down into the details of the program.
After attending this webcast, you will be able to recognize key improvements from LEED 2009 and understand items that have and have not changed under LEED EB v4. We will identify how LEED v4 uses a flexible rating system and discuss the program's emphasis on measured performance. The LEED certification process will be discussed, by means of v4.
