Question 1 - On your website, you show a clock with "24/7 manpower" printed on it. What is the meaning of this?

Question 2 - Regarding your sales letter, you state there are no overtime charges. What does that mean? Is there travel time? Are their guaranteed hours for your employees if they show up on a job?

Question 3 - Your company states that if an agreement is reached with the customer, your organization will do an equipment inventory taking model numbers and part numbers. Can you expand upon that?

Question 4 - What do you mean by "cross-trained technicians"? How can you make the claim that you will arrive at the location within two hours after a call at any time day or night?

Question 5 - What is the difference between a contractor and a service provider?
