Job Title: Residential Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including underground pipelines and drainage systems.
• Service and repair residential fixtures such as sinks, faucets, and drains.
• Perform maintenance and installation of thermodynamic water heaters.
• Address plumbing issues promptly to minimize inconvenience.
2. Electrical
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics to ensure safety and compliance.
• Address electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
3. HVAC and Gas Systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Install, maintain, and repair reversible air conditioning systems and AIR/AIR heat pump systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair gas appliances, including wall-mounted gas boilers for domestic hot water and heating.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC and gas systems.
4. Structural and Building Maintenance
• Repair and maintain structural components, including cabinets, flooring, drywall, ceilings, doors, windows, and roofing systems.
• Conduct seasonal and preventive maintenance, including heater servicing and system checks.
• Perform emergency and routine repairs, including overnight responses, to ensure tenant satisfaction and building functionality.
5. Collaboration and Support
• Provide support to tenants by troubleshooting systems and ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with property management teams to document maintenance activities, repairs, and future needs.
Qualifications:
• No minimum U.S. degree required.
• Minimum of 2 months of training in Electrotechnics.
• Minimum of 2 months of professional experience as a Gas, Plumbing, HVAC Technician.
Employment Details:
• Position Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: A standard 40-hour workweek, with additional on-call responsibilities for emergency repairs during overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. The schedule requires flexibility, including availability for overnight shifts and 24/7 emergency responses to ensure the proper maintenance and safety of residential building complexes.
