The impact you will have:

- Build relationships with management, peers, colleagues, vendors, and contractors to effectively maintain and support Curriculum Associates’ facilities needs

- Resolve issues and/or arrange regular maintenance of equipment, internal systems

- Proactively monitor and maintain office spaces and supplies

- Obtain bids and proposals for facilities related repairs and maintenance, perform Purchase Order creation

- Perform shipping/receiving function, mail sorting and delivery, outgoing mail processing

- Perform onboarding procedures for new hires by issuing access badges, welcome letter, and nameplates

Who we are looking for:

- Service-oriented team player who is adaptable and capable of driving change

- Well organized, high attention to detail, deadline orientated, and self-motivated

- Strong knowledge of building operations

- Ability to effectively interpret and apply policy and procedure including life safety and building codes

- Experience in communicating with all levels of management

- Experience in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design

- Management, coordination, execution of day-to-day service requests

Education & Experience:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced corporate office

- Strong oral and written communications skills

- Familiarity with COVID-19 building cleaning guidelines/best practices

- Advanced relationship-building skills, strong communication, and customer service skills

- Ability to read and decipher architectural and mechanical drawings

- Experience with Project Planning tools and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel, Word

- Experience with scheduling/reservation software systems

Job Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ability to use/climb a step/extension ladder as needed

- Ability to lift >/= 50lbs

- Ability to identify building emergency situations

- General knowledge of hand/power tools

- Willingness to be on-call for emergencies

- Carry a company-issued cellphone


This role is based in our North Billerica, MA office. CA has offices in Littleton, MA, Billerica, MA, Tucson, AZ, and Brooklyn, NY as well.
