What you will typically be responsible for:

-Monitoring, assessing and making recommendations on facility maintenance and deferred maintenance

-Working closely with external and internal departments concerning facility projects and maintenance

-Coordinating construction work, building services and maintenance projects

-Anticipating needs and thinking strategically about use of facilities

-Assessing cost and benefit of proposed projects

-Supervising, reviewing and planning the work of supervisory, safety and analyst staff
