During this session we will demonstrate step by step how the Federal Facilities Skills Assessment Tool (FEDSAT) can assess your knowledge of recognized high priority FBPTA performance, identify areas of training, and locate free training provided from the Federal government, industry association and other sources. We will show you how to earn your FEDSAT Certificate of Completion which is an important first step to achieve full FBPTA compliance and how to build your case to request for more training to your supervisor.
