Christopher Ham provides primary engineering leadership for the KlingStubbins' Cambridge office, enhancing the integrated approach to the design and delivery process, and pursues opportunities to develop new business and expand the firm's client base. He has over 14 years of experience in the design field and a diverse portfolio of projects for higher education, high technology, hospitality, and research and development clients. He has led MEP efforts for projects with Shire Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, EMC Corporation and/or Liberty Hotel.

A LEED Accredited Professional, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.


Philip Cunningham

HVAC Engineer, KlingStubbins

Phillip Cunningham has been directly involved with the mechanical system design, LEED Certification, and life-cycle analysis for many of KlingStubbins' large commercial and laboratory projects. He is currently advancing the firm's use of Building Performance Energy Modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance the design process and to reinforce the firm's commitment to sustainable design. Phil's contributions to these areas earned him national speaking engagements with Labs21, Autodesk University, and the GBCA in 2009.

Phil joined KlingStubbins in 2006 after earning Bachelor's degrees in both Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
