CS Unitec’s Concrete Grinders
CS Unitec's line of concrete grinders with dust collection handle the toughest jobs, like removing epoxy, paint and other coatings, as well as smoothing rough concrete and masonry surfaces. They also clean concrete of glue and mastic before applying new coatings. To increase the life of the grinder, the motor is vertically located away from the dust flow zone.
Two 5" diameter models are available for hand-held use. Each has an integrated shock absorbing system that reduces vibration and ergonomically designed side handles. These features reduce fatigue and increase user comfort, therefore enhancing productivity. The EBS 125 (9.5 lbs.) has a 1500-watt direct drive vertical motor for increased power. When grinding edges and reaching into corners, the front portion of the EBS 125's guard can be removed for maximum depth and coverage. The EBS 1802 (12.125 lbs.) has a more powerful 1800-watt motor for increased load capacity for the toughest jobs.
CS Unitec's 7" dia. EBS 180 walk-behind concrete floor grinder prepares rough concrete and floors for new epoxy and/or coatings. It is compact and lightweight, with a powerful 22 AMP high-performance motor. Electronic features include soft start, temperature control, overcurrent cut-off and constant speed. Diamond grinding wheels available for coated/uncoated concrete.
Each CS Unitec grinder model comes with a built-in vacuum port for dust-free operation when connected to an industrial vacuum such as CS Unitec’s new CS 1225 H wet/dry HEPA vacuum. The CS 1225 H HEPA filter efficiently captures 99.999% of particles up to 0.1 microns, exceeding the EPA filtration standard of 99.970% and 0.3 microns, providing a cleaner and safer work environment.
