We are hiring multiple positions on our Client Service team across all of our verticals – Education, Government, Healthcare and Manufacturing including:

Implementation Specialists:

As a part of the Client Service team, the focus of the Implementation Specialist is to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing implementation support. Implementation Specialist should possess a passion for delivering world class customer service and in-depth product and configuration knowledge to ensure a successful implementation on all fronts.

Implementation Consultants:

As a part of the Client Service team, the Consultant is responsible for delivering professional services to clients. You will be responsible for working directly with clients (either on site or virtually), to drive the implementation process and empower clients to quickly make use of their Dude products. A day in the life of this role will include interviewing supervisors to identify operational needs of the software, configuring and importing data into the application as needed, training end users on using the application and supporting clients as they go-live. You will collaborate with the Engagement and Implementation teams by providing documentation of services provided, as well as outlining any outstanding Implementation needs.

Project Coordinators:

The focus of the Project Coordinator is to be a liaison between the Client, Implementation, Data Services, Sales, Client Success, Professional Services, and 3rd party teams. The Project Coordinator works to streamline the delivery of services and solutions and has a passion for delivering world class client service, holds themselves and others accountable, and coordinates projects to ensure successful implementations on all fronts.

Project Managers:

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of professional services engagements with clients. Project Managers are assigned to all consulting and delivery projects once a contract has been signed. The Project Manager is responsible for setting client expectations, scope management, risk analysis, maintaining the project plan, project accounting, and the ultimate success and profitability of the engagement. The Project Manager will work closely with the Sales Team, Professional Service Managers, and Implementation Managers to ensure projects are closely monitored and managed to client and Dude Solutions’ expectations

Client Support Specialist:

The Client Support Specialist supporting our product line, provides legendary client support via phone, email, and chat in various Dude Solutions products. The Client Support Specialist will work towards achieving expert knowledge in assigned products we offer in order to provide excellent support to our clients

Customer Success Manager:

The Client Success Manager will identify, document and deliver desired client business outcomes in a Success Plan. You will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of your client portfolio as measured via NPS and retention rates, as well as building partnerships with client stakeholders at the executive, technical and administrative levels. Our team delivers regular account reviews, health checks and business reviews to demonstrate ROI, achieved business outcomes and recommendations so that we can strengthen adoption of Dude Solutions products by delivering data-driven insights coupled with industry and Customer Success best practices. We are ultimately response to secure subscription renewals and support expansion opportunities by identifying account-based intelligence
