The Facilities Manager supports the Korum Automotive Group’s efforts in providing a clean, and well maintained facility for its employees and customers. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager. The primary responsibility and focus of this position is to ensure that all of the dealerships’ building systems are properly functioning, safe and secure, well-maintained, and cleanly in appearance. This responsibility will also include conducting a variety of repair and maintenance activities, executing upon a regular preventative maintenance program, and procuring and coordinating the services of outside vendors where needed, or as directed. This position also provides support in maintaining the facility grounds, display and parking lots, and the interior and exterior of buildings. Additionally, the position is also responsible for completing selective maintenance and repairs to various non-automotive facilities at the direction of the Facilities Manager or the President/Chief Operating Officer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma.

Must be able to conduct light structural, electrical, and plumbing projects.

Must be able to use and maintain all position related equipment and tools.

Must be able to learn/use all software and programs provided by the dealership.

Must have a valid driver`s license and an acceptable driving record.
