EPA's WaterSense Receives Support for Funding

5/1/2018

Congress and the White House have directed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to continue the WaterSense program. Those instructions were included in the committee report accompanying a $1.3 trillion bill to fund federal government programs through fiscal 2018, which ends on Oct. 1 of this year. While the spending bill does not contain specific funds for WaterSense, the committee report instructed EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt to continue the WaterSense program at its 2017 funding levels. Click here for more information.
