At KlingStubbins Rios is responsible for the development of building automation and control system criteria and design, and coordination with architects and engineers to integrate these automation systems into building systems design. With more than 25 years of experience, he has provided control system designs for commercial, government, data centers, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and laboratory facilities. He has also been involved in the design and engineering of facility energy management and control systems for electric utilities, mass transit and campus utility distribution applications.


Frank Nemia

Nemia is a registered Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience in the evaluation and design of energy efficient mechanical and electrical building systems. He provides primary engineering leadership and oversight on projects in the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation and electrical services disciplines. This includes overall responsibility for the development of initial criteria, system concepts, life cycle cost analysis, energy consumption modeling, preparation of detailed construction documents, and commissioning.
