Thomas A. Westerkamp is a consultant, lecturer, and author of the Maintenance Manager's Standard Manual and Aware.MPS, Maintenance Productivity Suite. He is currently President, Work Management Division, with Westerkamp Group, LLC. He is the founder and was the CEO of Productivity Network Innovations, LLC. He was Vice President, Partner with H.B. Maynard and Co. management consultants, as well as a plant engineer and master mechanic in the paperboard industry. He has written more than 200 articles for Maintenance Solutions magazine, part of Trade Press Media Group. And he has written numerous articles for trade journals such as Contract Professional and Industrial Engineer. Tom has been published by the Institute of Industrial Engineers and IMI News, and he received a Best Feature Article Award from Plant Engineering. Tom also provides training courses and speaks at conferences such as the National Plant Engineering Show. He works with clients in both manufacturing and service industries to install integrated-performance management/CMMS solutions in single- and multi-plant maintenance operations.
